Combine Icon Swaps objectives with this CHEAP Silver Italian XI in FUT 22

One of the key skills you need to have in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team is squad building, whether that is assembling your best team, completing SBCs, or making a competitive team within restrictions.

We’ve put together a Silver Italian squad to help you complete multiple Icon Swaps objectives at once.

With a side of Silver players, we’ve put a strong emphasis on pace, as they are unlikely to be able to compete on a technical level against better opposition, but can still run like champs!

Ivan Provedel (OVR 74)

One of two 74-rated goalkeepers available, we think Ivan Provedel is the slightly better pick of the two, although there isn’t much in it at all.

  • PlayStation – 850 coins
  • Xbox – 1,500 coins

Gaetano Letizia (OVR 73)

All of our back four are full-backs, with Gaetano Letizia playing in his preferred role.

He is the paciest of the lot, so will be able to keep up with nippy wingers and cover in behind when needed.

  • PlayStation – 1,500 coins
  • Xbox – 1,800 coins

Riccardo Fiamozzi (OVR 70)

Riccardo Fianmozzi is one of our makeshift centre-backs, being one of the ‘taller’ options at 5’10”.

He has decent physicality, including 83 Jumping and 76 Strength, so should be able to battle it with strikers.

  • PlayStation – 1,000 coins
  • Xbox – 1,500 coins

Luca Pellegrini (OVR 74)

Another towering defender at 5’10”, Luca Pellegrini doesn’t have the same physicality as his partner, but reads the game well so will make important interceptions.

He is quite comfortable on the ball, so you can also step up with him into midfield if the opportunity arises.

  • PlayStation – 3,100 coins
  • Xbox – 3,600 coins

Raoul Petretta (OVR 72)

Rounding off the back four is Raoul Petretta.

His isn’t brilliantly quick but is the best we can get in whilst still being decent on the ball.

  • PlayStation – 1,300 coins
  • Xbox – 1,800 coins

Pasquale Schiattarella (OVR 71)

Pasquale Schiattarella is one of two all-rounders in the midfield three.

He covers the ground well, is good on the ball and can find a pass, so will be playing a box-to-box role.

  • PlayStation – 950 coins
  • Xbox – 950 coins

Antonio Barilla (OVR 71)

The other workman in midfield is Antonio Barilla, who has the second-highest sum of stats for a midfielder within requirements.

He will offer a bit more defensive cover, with good physicality to break down the play.

  • PlayStation – 1,000 coins
  • Xbox – 1,000 coins

Mattia Arama (OVR 72)

Mattia Arama won’t give the best defensive support but is decent on the ball and has a burst of pace in him, so can carry the ball up the pitch.

  • PlayStation – 800 coins
  • Xbox – 950 coins

Daniele Verde (OVR 74)

The front three is all about pace to get in behind the opposition, so we have the three quickest forwards available.

Daniele Verde offers more than just that, however, with 79 DRI and four-star skill moves, he can ease past defenders.

  • PlayStation – 1,100 coins
  • Xbox – 2,000 coins

Kevin Lasagna (OVR 74)

The best option for a striker, Kevin Lasagna has 87 PAC and 75 DRI.

You may want to stick a chem style on him to improve his finishing, as it is only rated 69, and you will need him to take all the chances he gets.

  • PlayStation – 2,600 coins
  • Xbox – 2,500 coins

Marco D’Alessandro (OVR 69)

Marco D’Alessandro may not be the most technically proficient player, but with 87 PAC and 73 DRI he will do just the job we need.

  • PlayStation – 3,000 coins
  • Xbox – 3,000 coins
